PhotoShine is a graphics manipulator which helps you apply special effects to your photos so that they jump out at you.
PhotoShine has nine different styles and 700 different templates. They can be used from simple to complex clipping frames with such varied shapes like hearts, mirrors, magazine covers or balloons.
